8th Annual Minnesota Nanotechnology Workshop
This year's workshop shop offers presentations on Nanoparticle Synthesis and Reactivity, Advanced Electronic Materials, Nano Toxicity, and Photovoltaics. We will also host an evening reception and poster session, as well as tours and introductory short courses at the Nanofabrication Center and Characterization Facility.
The Nanofabrication Center will offer introductions to Thin Films, Micro-Machining, and E-Beam Lithography. The Characterization Facility will offer a short overview talk with demonstrations on 3 or 4 key instruments. This introduction will provide content on a combination of microscopy, chemical spectroscopy, scattering and nanomechanical probes.
