Stephan Myhajlenko

Stefan has been associated with the Center for Solid State Electronics Research at ASU since 1985 and has worked in a variety of roles including scientific research and facility management. Part of his time is spent managing the foundry activities of the NanoFab process development team. Areas of expertise include: semiconductors - worked on Si, II-VI and III-V materials and devices, microscopy-based characterization techniques and nanofabrication. Recent research interests include the study of silicon nanostructures for solar and thermoelectric applications.
