Overview:
ATK is a state of the art simulation package for first-principles simulation software for nanoscience used to model the electronic structure of molecules, crystals and surfaces, especially for.electrical transport calculations based on ab inito DFT methods. It also performs transport calculations based on semi-empirical methods for large number of atoms. VNL is a visualization and graphical interface for ATK.
