Dr. Behrouz Shiari specializes in modeling and simulation of micro/nanosytems (MEMS/NEMS, Micro/Nanofluidic Devices), multiscale modeling, coupled finite element analysis, and atomistic simulations. Prior to joining NNIN@Michigan in 2010, Dr Shiari was working at Carleton University on nanomechanics ands multiscale modeling.
