Guy Lavallee has primary responsibility for the wet and dry etching instruments and processes at the Penn State NNIN Site. He has over 15 years of exerience in nanofabrication and process integration, and he has developed a variety of customized processes in support of our complex oxide and chalcogenide focus areas.
